Carol has had nearly 25 years experience in education and business; including retail, hospitality (hotels and restaurants), theatre, banking and insurance as well as serving as a head teacher of an independent special school.
She is adaptable and comfortable in different situations, from boardroom to shop floor, with excellent communication and teambuilding skills. She has extensive sales and marketing experience, coupled with practical personnel management know how.
